May 31 - Nonbelievers of Greater Madison Spring Family Picnic

Who: This gathering is for all who, because our personal beliefs differ from those of our fellow citizens in traditional religious communities, identify with the "nonbeliever" category recognized by our president in his inaugural address:

"For we know that our patchwork heritage is a strength, not a weakness. We are a nation of Christians and Muslims, Jews and Hindus, and non-believers."

Why: To join in a grateful celebration of our president's recognition, to affirm the constructive role we play in our society, and to meet others in our local community of nonbelievers.
